Subject: A thought about the posts waiting for review
Hi Elizabeth,

I was having a look through your site this week and noticed there are quite a lot of posts sitting in drafts waiting to be reviewed, around 150 now. My guess is that says more about how busy you and the team are than anything about the posts. A proper read-through of medical content takes real time, and that is hard to find every week.

I think our new offer can help. Managed SEO adds $400 a month to your current plan and covers:

- We review the queue for you. Each post checked against its sources and tidied up before it goes out, with anything needing a doctor's eyes set aside rather than published.
- Full technical SEO, ongoing. Schema, site structure, author profiles, navigation and page optimisation. Your author profiles have no bios at the moment, which is the biggest gap on a site publishing medical content.
- A weekly site audit. We send you the fixes, you approve, we apply them. Nothing changes on your site without your say-so.
- Google Business Profile strategy, and a real person handling your calendar rotation rather than an algorithm.
- Your current content plan is included, not extra.

One other bit of good news. Back in February you asked to aim some content at patients and some at personal injury firms. That is live now, and I have gone through your next 30 posts and set the targets by hand:

- 12 for patients considering spine surgery
- 10 for patients comparing surgeons and practices
- 6 for patients choosing a surgeon
- 1 for patients preparing for a first visit
- 1 for car accident patients

So it is currently all patient-facing, with nothing aimed at personal injury firms yet. Is that the mix you want, or should some of it be pointed at the attorneys?
