Hi,
Quick check in, two days into your trial. ClearPost has published four posts on concolon-restaurant.com, one a day since Monday:
Each runs around 2,500 words and is written for the tourist researching before they land, which is the audience you chose during setup.
Two things I noticed while reading through your site. Monday's post had gone out without any images, while the three after it have three or four each, so I have added them for you: tostones, a bowl of sancocho, and yuca at a market stall. Have a look and swap any you do not like. Your homepage also still shows the WordPress default line "Mindblown: a blog about philosophy" just above your blog feed, which takes about thirty seconds to change in the editor.
Concolon itself is up next: a piece on it Friday, its history on Sunday, and how to make it at home the following Thursday.
How does it read to you so far? If the tone is off, or you would rather reach locals in Panama City than tourists, tell me and I will retune the plan for the rest of the trial.
