Draft reply: concolon homepage question

There are two things that could mean, so here is both.

To change that "Mindblown: a blog about philosophy" line: in WordPress go to Appearance, then Editor, then Templates, then Blog Home. Click directly on the heading text, type whatever you want in its place, and press Save. If you would rather it were not there at all, click the block and delete it.

The bigger one, and I suspect this is what you are really asking: your front page is showing your list of blog posts instead of your restaurant. You already have a proper homepage written and published at concolon-restaurant.com/home, with your About Us, your locally sourced ingredients and your visit us section. It simply is not set as the front page.

To switch it: Settings, then Reading, then choose "A static page". Set Homepage to "Discover the Best Panama Restaurant for Local Cuisine". Make a blank page called Blog and set that as the Posts page. Save. Visitors then land on the restaurant, and your posts move to their own page.

Theme is Twenty Twenty-Three, a block theme: /wp-content/themes/twentytwentythree/ and is-block-theme in the body class. So the path is Appearance → Editor (the Site Editor), NOT the old Customizer. Giving them Customizer steps would have sent them somewhere that does not exist in this theme.
The "Mindblown" text is a template heading, not the site tagline. In the homepage HTML it is <h1 class="alignwide wp-block-heading">Mindblown: a blog about philosophy.</h1> sitting inside <main> directly above the posts query loop. Their actual tagline in /wp-json/ is the real restaurant description, so telling them to edit Settings → General would not have touched it.
Front page really is the blog index. Body class is home blog.
The replacement homepage exists and is not empty. Page ID 10, status: publish, 210 words, opening "Panama restaurant you will love! Waiting for you", with About Us and a visit-us section. I checked before pointing them at it.

Judgement calls

Answered both readings. "Change my home page" most likely means the line I raised, but their front page being a bare post list on a restaurant site is the more valuable fix, and they already own the content for it.
I did NOT offer to do it for them. We have no wp-admin access to customer sites. The image fix earlier worked only because the plugin exposes an HMAC endpoint for that one job. Settings → Reading is not reachable from here, so offering would have been a promise we cannot keep.
Left alone: they have leftover pages from a previous template (Client Portal, Portfolio, and two different About pages). Worth tidying eventually, not worth piling onto a one-line question.
