If that shipped, they are a reactivation candidate, not a research subject, and a bare "why did you quit" email

Why these 11 and not all 25
- They all left within 6 hours. That is one question. The people who left after 4 or 7 days had a different experience and get a different email.
- 7 of these 11 saw zero posts. They did not reject the content. They never saw content.
- Group B (6 hours to 4 days, 7 people) and Group C (over 4 days, 7 people) follow once we see whether this wording draws replies.
powmr.com sits in the full 25 and shares a company with our paying community.powmr.com. It falls in Group C at 88.7h, so it does not affect this batch. I will hold it out when Group C goes.
Choices I made
- No links at all. A link turns it into marketing and raises the spam risk. The reply is the only action.
- Exact time named per person. "About 6 minutes later" is uncomfortable, and that is what makes it read as a real observation rather than a template.
- From christian@clearpostplugin.com, not support@. A person asking a question gets replies. An alias does not.
- No apology and no offer. Both invite a polite brush-off. One question invites an answer.
- Recall risk, stated: the oldest here started 2026-03-30. Expect weak recall from the older three. The cost of asking is near zero, so I still recommend sending.
- Deliverability: trial signup never validated these addresses, so some will bounce. 11 sends is low volume and safe.
