Five days in, and your trial ends Tuesday, so here is a straight read.

ClearPost has published six posts and all six are live: BIR Form 1901, the Davao mayor's permit walkthrough, how to choose a law firm in Davao, the DOLE labour standards checklist, BIR Form 2303, and a guide to BIR's online services.

The sourcing is the part I am happiest with. Those posts cite bir.gov.ph, sec.gov.ph, dole.gov.ph, bfp.gov.ph and davaocity.gov.ph directly. On compliance topics that is the difference between a page Google trusts and one it skips.

Now the thing I would change. Google already knows you for your directory. You rank for Bankerohan Public Market, Agdao Public Market, SteelAsia, Bemwa Farm, and your Bajada location page. That is twenty keywords, and nearly all of them point at listings.

Our six posts carry eighteen internal links, and not one reaches a listing. The BIR guides sit beside your directory instead of feeding it. Someone who has just worked out how to get a mayor's permit is exactly the person who should land on your Davao business listings next, and nothing currently takes them there.

So, two fixes. I can point the guides at the relevant listings, and I can add more directory-style roundups. Only one is planned so far, the Davao coworking spaces piece on 27 August.

Anything you would change? A couple of days is still enough time to act on it.

The directory is alive and healthy. The old listing URLs 301 to a deeper structure (/listings/bankerohan/public-market/bankerohan-public-market/) and resolve 200. DataForSEO recorded the pre-restructure URLs, which is normal and not a defect.

This is the fifth site this week with the same shape. The linker reaches blog posts every time. It has now missed WooCommerce products (nappycare.store), custom tool pages (onlinevideoplayer.net), marketing pages (ypnus.com) and a custom directory structure here. It succeeded on WordPress pages (blog.eniyiteklif.com) and on post-type listings (www.roshni.com.pk). The rule looks like "it links to post and to plain pages, and it ignores everything else".

Fourteen of sixteen are Philippine government or legal-reference sites. After the invented domain on www.roshni.com.pk and the competitor link on nappycare.store this week, this is the same feature working properly, and the email says so.

One thing I left out, for you rather than for him

www.davaoaccountants.com is titled "Davao Accountants | Accounting Firm in Davao City". A directory of Davao corporate services linking to a Davao accounting firm could be a competitor link, or it could be exactly the kind of business they want listed. I am not confident enough to call it, and a third finding would dilute the two that matter. Worth a look if the outbound-vetting work gets picked up.

These are large, and the content aimed at them is sound. The email does not argue that the BIR plan is wrong, because it is not. It argues that the traffic it earns should arrive somewhere useful.

What the email leaves out

No claim that our posts rank. They are days old. All 20 rankings named are theirs and predate us. DataForSEO cost $0.0144.
No pricing and no renewal ask.
No post ids and no talk of 301s. Their URL restructure is their business and it works.

"I can point the guides at the relevant listings" is a promise in your name. That is the same internal-link change I have now flagged on four sites. Say the word and I check what is switchable per site before this sends, or I soften the line to an offer.
