Hi Xavier,
Two days in, so here is where things stand, plus two things I found in your
search data.
ClearPost has published three posts, one a day, with no failures:
- Cost to Move a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Beacon NY
- Moving Poughkeepsie to NYC: 2026 Cost Breakdown
- How Much Does a Local Move Cost in the Hudson Valley?
Now the part worth your time. You already rank for 97 keywords, and you are
third in Google for "movers in beacon ny". That is a strong base, and it is
better than most local movers I look at.
The opportunity is one step behind it. You sit on page two, positions 11 to
20, for fifteen searches you should be winning:
- movers poughkeepsie ny, 480 a month, position 19
- hudson valley movers, 480 a month, position 14
- movers in newburgh ny, 260 a month, position 17
- new paltz movers, 210 a month, position 19
Page two gets almost no clicks. Those are not new rankings to earn, they
are near misses to push over the line. The queue already aims at them:
Poughkeepsie on the 21st, Newburgh on the 23rd, Ulster County on the 19th.
Then there is the single biggest number in your data. You rank 17th for
"845 move now", searched 1,000 times a month. That is one of the competitors
you listed for me. People look for them by name and they find you instead,
on page two. It is the highest volume term you rank for, and nothing in the
plan targets it yet.
So, two things I would add. Tell me yes or no on each and I will rebuild the
plan around it.
1. The specialty work. You called yourself a white glove mover, and your
site lists piano and antique handling, staging and office relocations. The
plan has none of it. It is all cost and coverage, because cost is what
people search. That sells you as the affordable option rather than the
careful one.
2. A comparison page for 845 Move Now. An honest one: what each of you
does, and who each of you suits. That is how you turn position 17 into page
one.
Is the writing landing right otherwise? Happy to adjust the voice.
Christian
97 ranked keywords. Position 3 for "movers in beacon ny". Fifteen keywords sit at positions 11 to 20, which is page two.
| Pos | Volume | Keyword | Queue covers it? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 17 | 1000 | 845 move now | No. Now ask #2 in the email |
| 19 | 480 | movers poughkeepsie ny | Yes, 08-21 |
| 14 | 480 | hudson valley movers | Yes, several |
| 17 | 260 | movers in newburgh ny | Yes, 08-23 |
| 19 | 210 | new paltz movers | Not yet |
| 18 | 260 | movers in middletown ny | Not yet |
This is the strongest thing we can tell a local business: you are not starting from zero, you are one push from page one, and the plan already aims there.
I verified the competitor claim before writing it. 845movenow.com is
in his own wizard_data.competitor_urls, which he typed at signup:
["https://www.trianglemovers.com", "https://www.allied.com", "https://www.845movenow.com", "https://www.tntmovers.com", "https://www.pieceofcakemovers.com"]
So the email says "one of the competitors you listed for me", which is literally true. I did not infer it from the name.
The volume (1,000 a month) and the position (17) both come from the DataForSEO
ranked_keywords call, cost $0.02364.
He already ranks 17th for that term without trying. A comparison page is the normal, defensible way to hold a rival's brand search: it answers the query honestly and it is his own page. I framed it as "what each of you does, who each of you suits" on purpose. If you want it softer, or you would rather not touch a rival's name at all, say so and I will cut ask #2.
None of these rankings come from our posts. The posts are 2 days old. The email presents them as his existing baseline, which is what they are.
