Re-probed just now, 2026-08-11T00:00:33Z, with a non-browser user agent.
/wp-json/ returns 200, /wp-json/clearpost/v1/ returns 404, and the
ClearPost namespace is still absent. Newest post is still 2026-07-18. He has not
reactivated. Nothing in this draft assumes otherwise.
English, deliberately. His site and business are Brazilian Portuguese, but
the 2026-08-02 nudge was in English and so was the 2026-07-21 exchange. Switching language now
would read as a template rather than a person. Say the word if you would rather it went in
Portuguese and I will translate it.
Hi Felipe,
Still no rush, and I will not keep chasing this.
ClearPost has been off since 18 July, so nothing has published for 24 days. Your billing stays paused until posts are going out again, exactly as I said it would, so none of this is costing you anything while it sits.
One thing that might make the two minutes worth it. I went through your site this week and found three things worth fixing, none of which need any work from you:
- 20 of your posts have no author attached, so Google cannot credit them to you or to your OAB registration.
- 172 of your 174 posts sit in Uncategorized, while the 26 real categories you set up go almost unused.
- 6 pairs of posts are competing against each other for the same search, mostly local terms like "advogado imobiliário em Ipanema".
Once the plugin is back on we can fix all three in a single pass. You would not have to review anything.
The licence key I sent on 23 July is still valid. Entering it is the only step.
And if you would rather stop altogether, just say so and I will close the account cleanly with nothing to pay. Either answer is completely fine.

Choices I made
- "I will not keep chasing this." This is nudge #2 and he has not replied to #1. A third
unsolicited reminder would cost more goodwill than it could win. Saying so also makes the email
easier to answer, because it is clearly the last ask rather than the start of a sequence.
- Restated the billing promise unprompted. He is burned out, not unhappy. The likeliest
private worry is that an invoice is quietly accruing. It is not, and telling him that removes the
reason to avoid the email.
- Gave him something concrete instead of a reminder. Nudge #1 was purely "the key is
waiting". Repeating that adds nothing. The three findings are real, specific to his site, and
checkable.
- Framed the findings as work WE do, not homework. "None of which need any work from
you" and "you would not have to review anything" are the two most important phrases in the email
for someone who is tired of his website.
- Offered a clean exit. This is the part you may want to cut. My reasoning: he has
ignored two emails, and a burned-out customer who feels trapped churns angrily later. Giving him
a no-cost way out makes a yes mean something, and it is consistent with the billing pause you
already promised.
- No em dashes. About 210 words.
Every claim verified today
- 24 days: last post 2026-07-18, now 2026-08-11.
- 20 posts with no author: author ID 0, across a full 174-post scan.
- 172 of 174 in Uncategorized, against 26 categories that exist.
- 6 duplicate title groups, full scan. "advogado imobiliário em Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro"
is one of them, quoted from his own site.
- Billing paused:
pause_collection: keep_as_draft, resumes_at:
null, next invoice 2026-09-02, no charge while paused.
- Licence key issued 2026-07-23, never used. Per CP-142.
If he says yes
The execution plan is already written in
growth/drafts/managed-seo-audits/felipemirandaadvocacia.com.br-2026-08-10.md: author
assignment, category reassignment, duplicate consolidation, all through the plugin's REST routes.
Nothing in it can start until the plugin is back.
