Subject Day 5 of your ClearPost trial
Status DRAFT, not sent. Awaiting your go.
Delivery is perfect. 6 posts, one on every trial day, 08-08 to 08-13. Zero generation errors. All six verified live by post ID on their site. That puts this trial in the 90%+ coverage band, the one that converts at 13.3%.
Context you should know, and which the email does NOT mention.

Their site also carries posts that are NOT ours: "Unlock the Power of Google Drive...", "Revolutionize Your Cloud Storage...", and one published with the literal string Title: "Safeguard Your Digital Life..." left in the headline. Those are the customer's own, from before or alongside us.

I checked every one of our six by wp_post_id rather than by title, so nothing in this email credits us for their content or blames us for it. Do not raise their content quality with them. It reads as criticism and it is not our business.

Hi Maruf,

Quick update at day 5. ClearPost has published six posts to
googledrivedownloader.com, one on every day of the trial so far, with no
failures:

- Google Drive Download Quota Exceeded: 3 Fixes
- Google Drive Share Folder: Setup & Permissions
- Google Docs Download: Every Export Format (2026)
- Gmail Storage Full? 5 Ways to Free Space Fast
- How to Embed Google Drive Video on Website: 2 Ways
- How to Share Videos on Google Drive (Full Guide)

Those came out of 200 keywords we pulled for your niche. The ones behind
those posts are ordinary, checkable numbers: "google docs download" at
12,100 searches a month, "gmail storage" at 4,400, "google drive share
folder" at 1,300.

Tomorrow's post is the one I would watch. It targets "google drive
downloader" at 33,100 searches a month, which is the term your whole site
is named for. After that there are 30 more queued, including Google Sheets
export formats, link sharing permissions, and a Drive versus Dropbox
comparison for video hosting.

Your trial ends on 15 August.

Before it does, I want to ask rather than assume: is this the right
direction? If there is an angle you want more of, or a topic we have
missed, tell me and I will change the plan.

Numbers used, and one I refused to use

KeywordVolumeUsed?
googledrive11,100,000NO
google one cloud storage201,000No, competitor brand
google drive downloader33,100Yes
google docs download12,100Yes
gmail storage4,400Yes
google drive share folder1,300Yes

"googledrive" at 11.1M is a Keyword Planner rollup, not 11 million people typing that string. Same failure mode I caught on the concolon email. If Maruf pastes it into Keyword Planner and sees something different, the whole email loses credibility. Everything quoted is mid-range and checkable.

Choices I made

What I did not claim

No traffic or ranking claims. The posts are 1 to 5 days old and GSC will show nothing meaningful yet. Claiming otherwise would be the vibes-language the brand promise rules out.
