Proof of pipeline. This is the first Remotion-rendered video from the new videos/mailbridge-videos/ project. 10 seconds, 1920x1080, ~950 KB. The point is to prove the pipeline works end-to-end (compose in TSX, render, export MP4) so we can move to the real target: per-provider "How to get [Host] email into Gmail" videos for the YouTube distribution channel.
What it shows
0 to 2.5 sec. Hero: "Google removed Gmail POP fetch." Subtitle: "Your Yahoo, Outlook, and custom-domain mail stopped landing in Gmail."
2.5 to 7.5 sec. Pipeline: 3 staggered cards (INBOUND blue, DELIVERY purple, RESULT green) explaining what MailBridge does. Matches the hand-drawn diagram aesthetic of the customer-support case study.
7.5 to 10 sec. CTA: "mailbridge.app / 5-minute setup. 30-day free trial."
What to check
Text is legible on mobile (video scales to full width).
Animation timing feels right (fade-in-and-slide-up, staggered card entry).
Brand tone (colors, typography, restraint) reads as ours.
No jarring cuts.
Next moves if you like it
Build a per-provider template: swap "Yahoo, Outlook, custom-domain" for a single provider name, add that provider's IMAP host on-screen, ship one per week to YouTube.
Add a voiceover track (ElevenLabs TTS via the voiceover rule in the skill).
Add background music (royalty-free from YouTube Audio Library or similar).
