Those are not general interest pieces. They are the questions people in Dakshina Kannada type into Google. "Karnataka news" gets 49,500 searches a month. "Karnataka SSLC results" gets 22,200. "Mangaluru news" gets 9,900, and "Udupi news" 4,400. A regional portal that owns those searches owns the audience, and nobody in coastal Karnataka is publishing at one article a day.

One quick win while you are in there. Go to Settings, then Permalinks, and choose "Post name". It takes a minute, it gives you clean URLs that Google prefers, and it lets us publish straight to your site instead of leaving articles for you to approve.
