Status DRAFT, not sent. Awaiting your go.
Judgement call you should weigh. He cancelled 90 minutes ago, and my reply told him plainly that ClearPost produced 0 attributed clicks in the month he paid. Asking him for a public review right after that is a real ask. The only thing that makes it fair is that he volunteered the praise unprompted, and the ask is scoped to what he actually praised: the plugin and the support, not results he did not get.
His words, unprompted:
"I really like the plugin and what it offers."
"Thank you very much for all the support you've provided throughout my time using ClearPost. I truly appreciate your help and excellent customer service."

Hi Chris,

Cancellation is set for the 20th, nothing more for you to do.

One small ask. You said you liked the plugin and the support even though the traffic did not come. That is a fair and unusually honest thing to say, and it would help us if you put it on the WordPress plugin page.

We have three reviews. Most people only write one when something goes wrong, so an even-handed one from someone who left carries more weight than a glowing one from someone we are still billing.
