= 117%. They already rank for 22 keywords, best position 19. Trial expires 2026-08-23 10:57 UTC./markets/, not /vs/lendingtree/, not
pricing. They all point at other blog posts. (2) Their sharpest differentiator, exclusive ZIP
territory, is the very last item in the queue, on 2026-09-21.Hi,
Six days in, and your trial ends Sunday, so here is a straight read.
ClearPost has published seven posts, one a day, with no failures, and all seven are live: mortgage trigger leads, exclusive versus shared, what leads actually cost, how to evaluate lead-gen companies, live transfer leads, aged leads, and the complete 2026 lead generation guide. They sit in a tight cluster and they link to each other.
Two things I would change, and the first one is on us.
Those seven posts carry ten internal links, and not one of them reaches a page you sell from. No link to /markets/, none to your LendingTree comparison, none to pricing. A visitor who reads "what do mortgage leads actually cost" and then finds only another article is a visitor you paid for and did not convert. I can point that content at your market pages.
Second, and this one surprised me. "Exclusive Mortgage Leads by ZIP: How Territory Locking Works" is scheduled for 21 September. That is the last post in the queue. It is also the only post that explains the thing on your own homepage that leadpops and mloflo cannot copy. Everything ahead of it is lead-gen content your competitors write too. I would move it to next week.
Coming up otherwise: refinance leads, reverse mortgage, VA, commercial, and HELOC.
Anything you would change? Two days is enough time to act on it.
Christian
I fetched all seven posts and counted every href that stays on the domain.
| Link target | Times |
|---|---|
/lead-generation/exclusive-vs-shared-mortgage-leads... | 3 |
/lead-generation/what-do-mortgage-leads-cost... | 3 |
/lead-generation/mortgage-trigger-leads-how-they-work | 1 |
/lead-generation/how-to-evaluate-the-best-mortgage-lead-generation-com... | 1 |
/lead-generation/live-transfer-mortgage-leads-worth-the-premium | 1 |
/blog/mortgage-marketing-strategies-mlo-growth-and-leads | 1 |
/markets/, /vs/lendingtree/, /pricing/, /signup/ | 0 |
All four money paths resolve: /markets/ returns 200 and is titled "Mortgage Leads by
City for Loan Officers | Exclusive ZIP Markets", and the other three return 301, so they exist and
redirect. The linker is not blocked. It simply never chose them.
This is the nappycare.store pattern in a third vertical. The internal linker reaches blog posts and it reached WordPress pages on blog.eniyiteklif.com. It missed WooCommerce products, it missed custom tool pages, and here it missed the marketing pages. The shape of the defect is now clear enough to fix properly rather than site by site.
Their homepage says: "Claim your exclusive ZIP territory, AI lead scoring, and Realtor co-marketing." That is the whole pitch, and only one of 37 planned posts covers it:
| Date | Post |
|---|---|
| 2026-09-21 | Exclusive Mortgage Leads by ZIP: How Territory Locking Works |
It is item 37 of 37. Everything ahead of it (trigger leads, aged leads, live transfer, cost benchmarks) is content their own listed competitors, leadpops and mloflo, publish as well.
The pipeline is not wrong to sequence by search volume, and I have not told the customer it is. But an SEO plan that reaches the client's unique claim on day 37 of a trial that lasts 7 days never shows them the thing worth paying for.
DataForSEO ranked_keywords, cost $0.01464. 22 keywords, best position 19, none on
page one:
| Pos | Vol | Keyword | Their URL |
|---|---|---|---|
| 19 | 40 | rate text messages | text-message-marketing-for-loan-officers |
| 38 | 40 | lendingtree leads | /vs/lendingtree/ |
| 50 | 40 | loan officer dallas tx | dallas-tx-mortgage-loan-officer |
| 52 | 50 | newzip real estate | /markets/ |
I left this out of the email on purpose. Every volume here is 40 or 50 a month. Leading with "you rank 19th for a 40-a-month term" reads as padding to someone selling a product with a real price. The two findings above are worth more of his attention.
One thing it does confirm: the 09-04 post "How LendingTree's Lead Auction Actually Works for LOs" supports a page that already ranks at 38. That part of the plan is aimed correctly.
lang="en-US" and their wizard answers.
